Online classes are being offered by at a sliding scale and are open everyone. You do not need to be a current member of our community to join in! Classes are 40-60 minutes long. Sliding scale is $15-25/session. Please pay what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. That can be done here before or after the session: paypal.me/sweetmomentumfitness

What you need: These workouts won’t require any additional equipment (unless you have tools or props you know that you’d like to use). That said, make sure you have water, and a lay out a mat if you have one!

Saturday:
9am, Functional Fitness with Sy
10am, Funcitonal Fitness with Sy (Mobilize and Integrate with Anna on 3/28)

Sunday:
9am, Functional Fitness with Danielle
